Eco-Schools

9th Mar 2017

We were delighted to receive lots of new equipment for Eco-Schools recently. We aim to improve the diversity of wildlife and plants within the school grounds to make our school more stimulating for pupils. Our plans include the creation of a garden and wildlife area with a natural hedge boundary. We are very excited about placing new houses for hedgehogs, bugs, ladybirds, wild bees, butterflies and birds. With our feeders for squirrels and birds we hope to attract a variety of wild animals to our school grounds. When they do visit, we will catch the action on our wildlife cameras, one of which will be placed in a bird box and another with full view of our garden.
