Tuesday 21st March saw the our entire school enjoying a full day of activity and fun. Our aim was to encourage a healthy lifestyle and we took the opportunity to enlist our very own fitness instructor, Mrs Murphy to help us.
Each year group took part in a half hour exercise class involving a warm up, HIIT session and cool down choreographed by Mrs Murphy. We had a brilliant time moving to the music and disco lights. We also enjoyed a mile walk around our playground and spent a very enjoyable session playing on the outdoor equipment. It's fantastic to be able to make such good use of the brilliant new facilities we have available for us now.
All the children really enjoyed our Fit & Fab day and felt really good after a healthy, active and busy day 😀
