Our Y7 netball team travelled to Lakeside to participate in the ABC netball tournament. They met five other teams. The girls secured four out of their five games and made it through to the final where they beat Brontë 3-2, claiming the silver shield for their efforts. The girls fought determinedly and although they started to lag in the penultimate match, they gave one final push which thankfully paid off. Well done girls!
An obligatory ice-cream stop on the way home was a welcome treat enjoyed by the girls.
