It is with sadness and excitement that on Friday we said goodbye for now to Joel. Together with his family, Joel is going for an adventure to Uganda. We really enjoyed having Joel's Mum and Dad into school to tell us about what they would be doing and show us pictures of Uganda. On Friday we had yummy buns and went on the outdoor play equipment. We also made a piece of art work for Joel to put up in his bedroom in Uganda. We each made a fingerprint on a tree and wrote our names beside it to remind Joel that we were all thinking of him. Joel we will miss you and will send you an email soon.
