We had a terrific day at Fit & Fab 2017. We started our day off on the Outdoor equipment, followed by a mile walk around the school grounds. Then after break we went to the hall for Mrs Murphy's workout. Next we logged on to www.learninggamesforkids.com/health to learn about exercise & foods which keep our bodies healthy. After lunch we sang songs & completed a healthy/unhealthy food sorting activity. Finally we were presented with a certificate & sticker. We had great fun and will sleep tonight after all that fresh air and exercise!
