On Tuesday 21st March 2017, our class enjoyed a brilliant day of activities as part of our Fit & Fab sponsored fun day. Miss Gowdy, our student teacher, took us for a mile walk around the school playground - we followed a set route which was mapped out and sign posted. It was a lovely day for a walk and we really enjoyed getting some fresh air.
We also had a great time using the outdoor play equipment and we spent time in the classroom learning how we can stay Fit & Fab. We completed a worksheet on healthy eating and we all brought a healthy snack in for break so we would be ready for our busy exercise class.
After lunch we joined the rest of Year 4 in the Assembly hall for half an hour of intense exercise including a warm up and cool down. It was great fun with loud music and disco lights. Mrs Murphy was our Instructor and it was great to see her up on stage and helping us with our training.
Everyone had a really enjoyable day.
